Return & Refund Policy
At Carnivorous Supply, we take pride in providing healthy, high-quality carnivorous plants. Because plants are living organisms, our return and refund policy differs from that of traditional retail products.
Live Arrival Guarantee
All live plants are guaranteed to arrive alive and in healthy condition.
Minor cosmetic imperfections caused by shipping are considered normal and do not qualify for replacement, refund, or store credit. This may include:

Minor leaf damage

Browning of older leaves, traps, or pitchers

Soil disturbance during transit

Broken pitchers or traps
-
Normal transplant or shipping stress
These issues are temporary and do not affect the long-term health of the plant.
If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at carnivoroussupply@gmail.com and include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the plant

Photos of the shipping box if visible damage occurred
We will work with you to provide a replacement plant, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.
Weather Protection
Plant safety is our priority.
If extreme heat, freezing temperatures, or severe weather conditions may impact plant health during transit, Carnivorous Supply reserves the right to delay shipment until conditions improve.
Weather protection materials may be added to orders when necessary.
Product Photos & Plant Variations
Carnivorous Supply sells living plants, and every plant is unique. Unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description, the photos displayed on our website are representative examples of the species, cultivar, or hybrid being offered and are not the exact plant you will receive.
Plants may naturally vary in:

Shape
-
Coloration
-
Number of growth points

Number of leaves, traps, or pitchers

Seasonal appearance

Overall maturity
Plants may appear different from listing photos due to age, growing conditions, dormancy, recent growth, or seasonal changes.
Refunds, replacements, store credit, or returns will not be issued for natural variations in appearance, size, color, shape, maturity, or other characteristics that are normal for living plants.
If a listing includes photos of the exact plant being sold, this will be clearly stated within the product description.
Returns
We do not accept returns of healthy live plants.
If you believe you received the wrong plant, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.
Non-living products, such as growing supplies and accessories, may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If a replacement plant is available, Carnivorous Supply may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Carnivorous Supply.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they enter processing.
Once an order has been packed, labeled, or prepared for shipment, cancellation requests may no longer be eligible for a refund.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Carnivorous Supply is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.
The Live Arrival Guarantee may be void if a customer provides an incorrect address, fails to collect a package in a timely manner, or allows a package to remain exposed to extreme weather after delivery.
