72-Hour Heat Pack (Recommended for Temps Below 50°F)

We guarantee that your plant will arrive alive and healthy. If there's an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and box, and we'll make it right.

Winter shipping is at the buyer's risk: the guarantee only covers cold-weather orders that include a heat pack and are brought indoors within 1 to 2 hours of delivery.

We currently ship live plants via USPS to the 48 contiguous United States only. Orders typically process within 1–7 business days, although busy periods may take longer.

To protect plant health, shipments may be held or delayed due to extreme heat, freezing temperatures, or severe weather. Plants are generally shipped at the beginning of the week, and orders placed toward the end of the week may ship the following Monday or another suitable shipping day.
